Research has shown that yoga can improve flexibility and build strength while calming the mind, relaxing the body and deepening your sleep.  Join Tisha Tate for this all-levels yoga class designed for every body.  Let’s feel better in our bodies and calmer in our minds together.  As one of the wise sages of yoga says, “if you can breathe, you can do yoga!”  Be sure to bring a yoga mat, if you have one!
